1. How long does it take to process my order?

All of our prints are made to order. Orders placed before 6 PM (UK time) are processed the same day. Printing and preparation typically take 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 6 PM, on weekends, or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. How long will delivery take?

We ship all orders within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Free Delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked 24 Upgrade (Optional): 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before 6 PM (UK time) on the day they are placed, provided printing has not yet started. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Can I return my print?

  • Made-to-order prints: Cannot be returned for a change of mind.

  • Non-customised prints: Can be returned within 14 days of placing the order, as long as the item is in new condition and still in its protective sleeve.

Damaged or incorrect prints will be replaced — please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

6. How do I start a return or refund?

Email us at support@londonpicturecentre.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal for all orders. Payment must be completed at the time of order.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your parcel with Royal Mail.
